Disclaimers:
colours -
I do my best to take accurate photos of your final set and will always send you the picture before sending,unless you order a set from the website. but please be aware that different lighting will effect and can slightly adjust the colours so colours may vary slightly.
Imperfections -Β
As all sets are hand crafted there is always the chance of imperfections, i.e. fibres, glitter, air bubbles etc.
Lasting:
As much as ide love nails to last forever, they don't. Like any other false nails these can break, crack, and potentially other damages. There is no guarantee as to how long they will last on you as everyone's different and many scenarios can effect the lasting of them. e.g. natural nail oils, not perfect fitment, poor prep, everyday life tasks, time in water or other liquids etc..
Shapes & Sizes -Β
shapes and sizes are not universal. If you have worn nails before and have those sizes, they may not be the same as mine, all brands, shapes, and lengths vary! so...a fitkit from me is essential to all new customers wanting to purchase a custom set of 10. fitkits can be ordered through me, there is a wide choice of shapes and lengths.
Please ask if your unsure on how to use the fitkit as any incorrect sizes are down to the consumer.Β
Please note! if for example you purchased an oval fitkit but later want to order square nails the sizes may vary slightly, I do my best to match them but there is always a chance of them being very slightly smaller or larger, if you are worried of this you are welcome to order another fitkit or ask my advice.
creation time -Β
I take pride and care into designing and hand painting every set of nails. while a set takes 1-3 hours to paint i may have many other orders to create that were ordered before yours, so please keep that in mind when ordering and be respectful. I also keep you up to date of my turn around time of my facebook page. If however you need your nails by a certain date, please let me know when ordering and i will do my best to accommodate.

Application kit:
All nail orders come with...
- nail file, buffer, prep wipe, glue, cuticle pusher *unless discussed or described otherwise) also will depend on stock.
Application - on the back of your nail order there is written instructions, there is also a video on my Facebook page.
Lasting/Removal:
Your nails can last up to 3/4 weeks if you look after them, this will vary for each person. everything you need to apply in the best way is provided. *time length of wear cannot be guaranteed*
Your nails can be removed in various ways. if they have been on for a while, warm soapy water can soften your natural nail meaning you can gently ease of the false nails. You can also soak of in nail polish remover or acetone but this may remove or effect the design.
Once they are removed there may be glue residue on your nails. Use a buffer to buff this away or use a cotton ball and acetone.
Always apple a good cuticle oil after to replenish your natural nails. *pure jojoba oil is great!

Refunds/Exchanges:
Custom orders are not exchangeable, but if a nail is broken or lost please message me and i will replace depending on how long youve had the nails on for and the situation as it may not be needed or necessary.
This is also down to heigeine! it is unlikely that someone is the same sizes as you, and noone wants someone elses nails theyve worn.Β
Refunds -Β
I will not offer a refund if... you damaged the nails in any way. If you decide you no longer want them after recieving them.
Refund will be offered if... the item is faulty (must show evidence). if you are issued a refund you must return the item to me.
Ordering/Payments:
To order a custom set, just click on custom nails and it will send you to my facebook page messenger. feel free to send me pictures of nails youve seen for inspiration, colours, outfits etc...
Payments - All payments must be made in full before i start your order as all orders are custom.
Shipping/Delivery-Β I currently use royal mail and deliver to the uk only. I follow their price/time guides accordingly.
I package everything as secure as possible but handling and care is out of my control once left my hands.

Allergies:
You are responsible for making me aware of any allergies you may have that could affect you wearing nails. all equipment used is cleaned regularly.
Glue - please read the back of the glue before using.
Age restrictions - please make sure you are over 18 when ordering as this product may be harmful to children. keep out of reach of small children as the nails may be a choking hazard. if you are ordering for someone under the age of 18, you are responsible.
